Eligibility and Registration
To register an account with z444, you must be at least 21 years of age and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred payment method. z444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. You must not register if you reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. Providing false information may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Management
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Notify z444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. z444 may suspend or close any account where it believes these Terms have been breached or where the account presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or Platform abuse. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity policy detailed in account settings.

Deposits and Withdrawals
z444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. z444 charges zero transaction fees on Bangladeshi payment methods. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's banking section. z444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified threshold amounts.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses offered by z444 are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money funds until rollover is complete. z444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus in cases of suspected abuse, error, or technical fault. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games on z444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines supplied by licensed third-party providers, ensuring genuinely random and fair outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. z444 prohibits any attempt to: exploit software vulnerabilities; use automated bots or scripts; engage in chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play designed to abuse the Platform; or abuse the bonus system. Players found engaging in such conduct will have their account suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits reviewed per our anti-fraud policy. Disputes about game outcomes must be raised with support within 7 days of the event.

Sports Betting Rules
z444 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets. All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where the Platform expressly permits a cash-out option on that market. z444 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, confirmed match-fixing, or technical faults that affected market integrity. Maximum bet limits and minimum stake requirements are displayed within each market. z444 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market at any specific time.
Clause 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to authorities: (a) providing false registration information; (b) using the Platform if under 21 years of age; (c) using another person's identity or payment method; (d) colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions; (e) using software bots or automated tools; (f) money laundering using the Platform; (g) making chargebacks after receiving services or bonuses; (h) multi-accounting or systematic bonus hunting. z444 cooperates fully with law enforcement in investigations involving prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property
All content on the z444 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of z444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Clause 10
Limitation of Liability
z444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content; or reliance on any information provided on the Platform. z444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits you made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 11
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be referred to z444 customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate it to formal dispute resolution. z444 aims to resolve all player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. Clause 12
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and z444 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Bonus and Promotions Policy — Additional Detail

z444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, weekly reload offers, cashback on net losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money only after the full wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement for each offer is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 20x requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted. Qualifying games and wager contribution rates vary by promotion type.

Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are not subject to rollover — only the bonus amount itself carries the wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.
